Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days for small items and 5–10 for large freight items. See our Shipping Policy.
What is your return policy?

Are presell items charged immediately?
Yes, presell items are charged when ordered and ship on or after the release date shown on the product page. You may cancel before they ship for a full refund.
Do swing sets and sheds require assembly?
Yes. Most large items ship in boxes or on pallets and require assembly. Where “Installation Available” appears in the product name, contact us to arrange installation.
