Warranty & Replacement

Every product is backed by its manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, Zimgoody LLC provides a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on new equipment purchased from us, subject to normal use and proper maintenance.

What is not covered

• Normal wear items (blades, belts, tires, filters, batteries after their stated cycle life).
• Damage from misuse, neglect, improper assembly or storage, or unauthorized modification.

Making a claim

Email contact@zimgoody.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video. For some brands we will direct you to the nearest authorized service dealer.
