Return & Refund Policy

90-day returns

You may return eligible new, unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@zimgoody.com or call +1 (307) 424-2795 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Do not return items without an RMA.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge is refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

• Gas-powered equipment that has been fueled or run, and assembled structures, may only be returned if defective – see our warranty.
• Sealed trading-card products (hobby boxes, packs) can only be returned unopened and with factory shrink-wrap intact.
• Presell items can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
